Tansu（以下「本アプリ」）は、写真と動画をお使いの端末の中だけに保管するアプリです。 本アプリは、あなたの写真・動画・タグを、外部へ送信しません。
次のものは、本アプリ専用の保管場所（App Group コンテナ）に保存されます。 本アプリがこれらをどこかへ送信・同期することはありません。 端末がロックされている間は読み取れない設定にしています。

本アプリを削除すると、これらはすべて端末から消えます。
ただし、お使いの端末のバックアップには通常含まれます。 保管庫は iOS がアプリに割り当てた領域の中にあり、iOS はこの領域を既定でバックアップの対象にするためです。 これは本アプリが送信しているのではなく、iPhone のバックアップ機能によるものです。
含めたくない場合は、iPhone の「設定」→ Apple アカウント →「iCloud」→「iCloud バックアップ」 →「このiPhone」と進み、本アプリのバックアップをオフにしてください。 なお、バックアップが取れていること・復元できることを本アプリが保証することはできません （設定・空き容量・バックアップの成否は端末側の事情によります）。
なお、バックアップから復元してもパスコードは引き継がれません（端末ごとに設定するものとして 保存しているため）。大切なものは、写真アプリへ書き出すかパソコンへコピーして保管してください。
本アプリが通信するのは、次の5つの場合だけです。いずれにも写真・動画・タグは含まれません。
買い切り（保存できる数の上限を外すもの）の価格を表示するとき、 購入されたかどうかを確かめるとき、購入や購入の復元を行うときに、Apple の App Store と通信します。 価格と購入状態の確認は、アプリを開いたときにも行います。 支払い情報は Apple が扱い、開発者はクレジットカード番号などを受け取りません。 開発者が知りうるのは、App Store Connect が集計した販売本数・国・金額のみで、 個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。
本アプリが強制終了したときと、画面が長い時間固まったときに、 どこで起きたかという技術的な記録を Sentry（Functional Software, Inc.）へ送信します。 設定からいつでも停止できます。

本アプリは Google Mobile Ads（Google LLC）を使って広告を配信しています。 一覧の下に表示されるバナー広告と、ご自身の操作で視聴していただく動画広告（視聴すると 保存できる件数が増えます）の2種類です。

保管庫を開いたあとに、iOS の「トラッキングを許可しますか」という確認が表示されます。 許可しなくてもアプリのすべての機能をお使いいただけます。 許可しない場合、他社のアプリや Web サイトを横断して使われる広告 ID（IDFA）は 送られません。ただし、広告事業者が自社の仕組みで広告を選ぶことまでは止まりません。
EU など同意が必要な地域では、あわせて同意画面が表示されます。 この手続きが終わるまで、本アプリは広告をいっさい要求しません。 「同意しない」を選ばれた場合は、パーソナライズに使われる情報を用いない形の広告に切り替わります （広告そのものが消えるわけではありません）。 同意の内容は、設定の「広告の同意設定」からいつでも選び直せます。

設定の「要望を送る」からご連絡いただく場合、お使いのメールアプリが開きます。 送信される内容は送信前に画面へ表示され、あなたが確認してから送信されます。 含まれるのは、あなたが書いた文章と、アプリのバージョン・OS のバージョン・機種名・言語設定だけです。 いただいたメールは、お問い合わせへの回答と改善の検討にのみ使用し、第三者へ提供しません。
アプリを良くするために、どの画面や機能が使われたかを記録して送ることがあります。 これは、はじめて保管庫を開いたときにお尋ねし、「協力する」と答えた場合にだけ行われます。 既定では送りません。断っても、機能の制限は一切ありません。

ランダムな番号は、氏名・メールアドレス・アカウントとは結び付きません。 IDFA・IDFV・Keychain・iCloud のいずれとも結び付けていません。 ただし、同じアプリから送られた記録どうしは、この番号で1本に繋がります ── 「取り込みまで進んだ人が、そのあと課金画面で何をしたか」を追うために必要だからです。 そのため App Store のプライバシー表示では、安全側に倒して 「ユーザーに関連付けられたデータ」として申告しています。 アプリを削除して入れ直すと別の番号になります （端末のバックアップから復元した場合は、同じ番号が引き継がれます）。 他社のアプリやサイトをまたいで追跡することはありません （この記録を広告に使うこともありません）。
サーバーは Cloudflare 社の設備上で動いています（インフラの提供者としての立場で、 同社が内容を利用することはありません）。 通信の性質上、サーバーはあなたの IP アドレスを受け取りますが、 利用状況の記録には保存せず、記録と結び付けることもしません。
写真アプリから取り込む際に、写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可をお願いします。 選択された写真の読み込みと、書き出し時の保存にのみ使用します。
取り込み後に元の写真を削除するかどうかは、毎回あなたが選べます（設定で確認の有無を変更できます）。 削除を選んだ場合も、iOS の仕組み上、写真アプリの「最近削除した項目」に30日間残ります。

これら以外の第三者へ、いかなる情報も提供しません。データを販売することはありません。 利用状況の記録を、行動分析や広告の事業者へ渡すことはありません。
上記のいずれについても、本ポリシーと同等以上の水準で情報を取り扱うことを、 各社の規約・データ処理条項により確認したうえで利用しています。 同等の保護を提供していないと判断した場合は、その提供を停止します。
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。 そもそも、アカウント登録や個人情報の入力を求める画面がありません。
写真は端末内にのみ存在するため、開発者側に削除を依頼していただく対象のデータはありません。
利用状況の記録に同意された場合は、そのぶんだけが開発元のサーバーにあります。 90日を過ぎたものから順に消えます。どの記録があなたのものかを特定する手立てを 持っていないため、個別の削除はお受けできません。設定でオフにすれば、 以後は1件も送られません。
内容を変更する場合は、このページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。 重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリの更新情報でもお知らせします。

Tansu keeps your photos and videos on your device and nowhere else. Your photos, videos and tags are never sent anywhere.
The following is kept in the app's own storage. The app never transmits or syncs any of it. It is configured to be unreadable while your device is locked.

Deleting the app removes all of it from your device.
Your device backup, however, normally does include it. The vault lives inside the storage area iOS assigns to the app, and iOS includes that area in backups by default. This is your iPhone's backup feature at work — not the app sending anything.
To leave the app out, go to Settings → your Apple Account → iCloud → iCloud Backup → This iPhone and turn the app off. Note that the app cannot guarantee that a backup exists or can be restored — that depends on your settings, free space and whether the backup succeeded.
Note that your passcode is not carried over by a restore, because it is stored as a device-only item. Export anything important to the Photos app or copy it to a computer.
The app connects to the network in only five situations. None of them include your photos, videos or tags.
The app talks to Apple's App Store to show the prices of the two one-time purchases (removing the storage limit and removing banner ads), to check whether you already own them, and when you buy or restore them. The price and ownership check also runs when you open the app. Payment is handled by Apple; the developer never receives your card details. The developer only sees aggregate sales figures from App Store Connect, which do not identify individuals.
When the app crashes, and when the screen freezes for a long time, a technical record of where it happened is sent to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.). You can turn this off at any time in Settings.

The app shows ads through Google Mobile Ads (Google LLC): a banner below the grid, and video ads you choose to watch (watching one increases how many items you can keep).

After you unlock the vault, iOS asks whether you allow tracking. Declining does not restrict any feature of the app. If you decline, the advertising identifier (IDFA) used to track you across other apps and websites is not sent. It does not, however, prevent the advertising provider from selecting ads using its own signals.
Where consent is required (the EU and similar), a consent form is shown as well. The app requests no ads at all until that step is complete. If you choose "Do not consent", ads switch to a form that does not use personalisation signals — the ads themselves do not disappear. You can change your choices at any time from Settings → "Ad consent settings".
To remove the banner: Settings → "Storage limit" → "Remove banner ads" (one-time purchase).

Using "Send feedback" in Settings opens your mail app. Everything that will be sent is shown on screen first, and nothing is sent until you send it. It contains only the text you write plus the app version, OS version, device model and language. Messages are used only to reply to you and to decide what to improve, and are never shared.
To make the app better, it can record which screens and features were used. You are asked once, the first time you open the vault, and nothing is sent unless you say yes. It is off by default, and declining limits nothing.

The random number is not tied to your name, email address or any account. It is not derived from or linked to IDFA, IDFV, the Keychain or iCloud. It does, however, join records sent from the same installation into one thread — that is what lets us see whether someone who reached the import step went on to open the purchase screen. For that reason our App Store privacy label declares this, on the safe side, as "Data Linked to You". Deleting and reinstalling the app produces a different number (restoring from a device backup carries the same one over). It is never used to track you across other apps or websites, and never used for advertising.
Cloudflare hosts the servers as an infrastructure provider and does not use the contents. By the nature of the connection the server receives your IP address, but it is not stored with the usage records and is never linked to them.
Importing from the Photos app requires photo library permission. It is used only to read the photos you select and to save exports.
Whether the originals are deleted after import is always your choice. Even when you choose to delete them, iOS keeps them in "Recently Deleted" for 30 days.

No information is shared with anyone else. Your data is never sold. Usage analytics are never handed to any analytics or advertising company.
For each of the services above, we have confirmed through their terms and data processing agreements that they provide protection equal to or stronger than this policy before using them. If we determine that a provider no longer offers comparable protection, we stop sending data to it.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. There is no account creation and no screen that asks for personal information.
Because photos exist only on your device, there is no data held by the developer for you to request deletion of.
If you agreed to share usage data, that — and only that — is held on the developer's server. Records are deleted as they pass 90 days. We hold no way to tell which records are yours, so we cannot honour individual deletion requests. Turning the setting off stops anything further from being sent.
If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above is revised. Significant changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
